30-Day Return Policy
You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible, your item must be:

In the same condition that you received it

Unworn or unused
-
With original tags and packaging
-
Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase

Once your return is approved, we’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions.
Items sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is damaged, defective, or you received the wrong product, contact us right away at aaron@halseyworx.com so we can make it right.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:

Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, plants)

Personal care items (e.g., beauty products)

Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

Sale items or gift cards

Custom products created from customer-supplied designs (see below)
Custom Products from Customer-Supplied Designs:
Items made using your own artwork, logo, or design cannot be returned.
They may only be exchanged for a like item if found to be defective or damaged upon receipt.

Exchanges
Need something different? The fastest option is to return your item (if eligible), and once accepted, place a new order separately.
European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period
If your order is being shipped to the EU, you have the right to cancel or return it within 14 days for any reason.
As above, the item must be:

Accompanied by proof of purchase
Refunds
We’ll notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if your refund is approved.
If approved, the refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note: your bank or credit card company may require additional time to post the refund.
