Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with HalseyWorx! We are committed to getting your order to you as quickly and efficiently as possible. Below you'll find details on how we handle and ship your products.


Processing Time

  • Standard Orders (HalseyWorx Graphics & Initials/Basic customization):
    We aim to process and ship all standard orders using HalseyWorx designs & Initials/Basic customization within 3–5 business days from the date of purchase.

  • Custom Orders (Customer-Supplied Graphics):
    Orders that include custom graphics, logos, or personalization from the customer will be reviewed upon receipt of the request. Processing times will be confirmed once we have received and approved the final design files. If we have any questions or need modifications, we will reach out via the contact information provided at checkout.


Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Shipping rates and delivery times will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information (where available).


Shipping Destinations

We currently ship within the United States. If you're located outside the U.S. and are interested in placing an order, please reach out to us directly at aaron@halseyworx.com to discuss options.


Delays & Carrier Issues

While we strive to ship all orders promptly, please note that actual delivery times may vary due to carrier delays, weather, holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.
