Many of our items are handmade, made-to-order, or customized—such as leather keychains, engraved goods, and digital downloads. These items may have slight variations and are considered part of their unique charm.

Custom Products:

Products created using customer-supplied designs, logos, or text are non-refundable and non-returnable, except in the case of damage or defect. In such cases, exchanges will be made for a like item.

Digital downloads (e.g., fitness trackers, templates) are non-returnable and non-refundable.
